•  If your image size is below 5 MB, we can accept the file via e-mail at graphics@gradeamedia.co.uk, anything larger has to be provided on a CD. Please label the CD cleared before posted to us, include a contact name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. If we can't identify the disc, we can not print your job!

•  Grade a Media doesn't not offer credit facility; we will dispatch the order once payment has been cleared. (For cheque payment please make it payable to TCWN Ltd ) or contact us by phone to pay by credit /   debit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 2% surcharge.
